AR Modular RF Introduces 20 Watt / 3.4 - 3.7 GHz Power Amplifier For WiMAX And Other Wireless Applications

Bothell, WA - 3/9/07 - AR Modular RF has introduced a new solid-state, GaAsFET power amplifier module for the wireless broadband network. Model CMS1070 delivers 20 watts of power and has a nominal 45dB gain.

Designed to meet the WiMAX (802.16) specifications, the CMS1070 can be modified to meet various OFDM and NPA requirements. The amplifier module is protected from thermal overload, over-power, over-voltage and wrong voltage polarity. It also has an internal isolator.

Model CMS1070 is part of AR's extensive new family of power amplifier modules for wireless applications such as CDMA, HDTV,WiMAX, and more.
